"Sundancer Gallery" is one of the many signs we've built for businesses in the restored historic district adjacent to our shop. It measures 14" x 32", is finished on both sides, and cost $220.00. "Charlie & Jake's Brewery" is about 36" in diameter. The price for a sign of this size, finished on one side, is about $360.00.

How They're Made:

Sandblasted sign faces are most often made of HDU, or high-density urethane. This material has been proven superior to redwood in long-term exterior durability. Backgrounds are sandblasted in dramatic wood grain patterns using special jigs. Structural reinforcement is included, as required, using pressure-treated lumber. All surfaces are sealed, then finished with top-quality paints and stains designed for extended outside exposure in a variety of climates.

What They Cost:

Our cost for each project is based on $60 per square foot. This cost is for a fully finished one-sided sign, designed and finished to your specifications. Signs finished on both sides are always thicker, usually include  screw-eyes or integral pressure-treated wood frames, and are generally priced at $110.00 per square foot.

How to Get One:

Include as much information as you have, including dimensions (approximate of precise), logos or art to be included, and color preferences. We will prepare a firm price quote and fax or email  it back. There is no charge for this service.
