P3/ Signpost

assembly instructions

- What you'll need -

-a good phillips screwdriver (preferably cordless electric)-
-something to drive a stake into the ground with-
-a measuring tape and straight edge-

Fasten angle pieces to each
side of post, at top, using 2
deck screws on each side.

Lay sign face down on a soft, clean surface. Draw a line 7.5" from one side, and parallel to, sign edge.
Support bottom of post and align post bracket along line.

 Double-check distance to sign edge on each side. Move post one way or the other to center. Make sure bracket remains parallel to your line, and fasten post to sign with 3 screws in each bracket. 

 
Step 4

Drive ground stake straight into ground with "point" side aligned toward where sign will face.
NOTE:  Crosspieces welded to stake are designed to hold post centered, and will break off if hit with a hammer

Step 5

Slide post and sign assembly down over ground stake. Start 1/4" x 2.5" stainless bolt into nut on back, and tighten until it presses firmly against ground stake (bolt will protrude about 1/4").
