P1/ Signpost

assembly instructions

- What you'll need -

-a good phillips screwdriver (preferably cordless electric)-
-something to drive a stake into the ground with-
-a measuring tape and straight edge-

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3

Fasten 2" angle pieces to each
side of post, at top, using 2
stainless tapping screws
on each side.

Lay sign face down on a soft, clean surface. Mark the center. Draw a line 3.75" from center, parallel to sign edge.

Align angle along line from step 2. Support post and angle assembly with angles snug against back of sign, and fasten with a total of 6 tapping screws.

Step 4

Drive ground stake straight into ground with "point" side aligned toward where sign will face.
NOTE:  Crosspieces welded to stake are designed to hold post centered, and will break off if hit with a hammer

Step 5

Slide post and sign assembly down over ground stake. Start 1/4" x 1.5" stainless bolt into nut on back, and tighten until it presses firmly against ground stake.
