L6-02 signs are made of HDU, an extremely durable material designed expressly for exterior signage (for more information, see our HDU info page).  Background areas are sandblasted away; leaving lettering and border standing out. "Art design" area is routed down smooth, then hand-painted. All surfaces are primed, then painted with top-quality finishes, designed for extended exterior use

Each features an original painting by Rich Storey. Browse the samples to see which lettering layout and color combination would work best for you. If there's a painting you like, Rich will reproduce (or customize) it. He can create a painting using an emailed photo as a guide, or even an original composition based on your written description. Rich Storey did an extra nice job hand-painting this bear design. The "western style" lettering works well sometimes, but is very bold, and does not allow for a lot of lettering.

Pirate treasure on the beach, with the pirate ship anchored offshore. Here's the airbrushed blue background again, this time with a deep blue border.

Here's another beach scene, this time with a lite grey border.

A beautiful white horse running thru the ocean surf, finished in some tropical pink & teal. Original painting by Rich Storey.

A pair of white Ibis, in the shallows beneath a tropical sunset; airbrush blue background with the border finished in deep blue.

By special request, an old-fashioned lawn chair on the beach. Gold lettering on gray, with a medium blue border.
