How long does it take to get a sign made? -

Any Routed sign is completed, and shipped, within three business days. Sandblasted signs are almost always completed within ten days.

What if the sign comes, and it's not what was ordered? -

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our work; we ask that you return the sign. Enclose a note explaining the problem. We will repair or replace the sign on a "rush" basis and ship it back at no additional charge.

How do they hold up outside? -

We use only materials and finishes that have demonstrated long-term durability in a variety of climates. Not additional sealer is required for extended outdoor use.

How do I put one of these signs up? -

The majority are fastened to walls. The simplest way to do this is with waterproof construction adhesive, available at any builders supply store. Just follow the instructions on the package. To allow removal of the sign, fasten it with screws instead (stainless screws are strongly recommended). Drill carefully thru the border. For masonry, anchors will be necessary. Plastic anchors require the smallest hole and hold very well. To suspend the sign, see instructions included with each sign for installation of screw-eyes. On any of the 1.5" thick signs, we will install screw-eyes, at no additional charge, on request. The 1" thick signs require an upgrade to the thicker material ($10 additional cost).

Can you make a sign with my favorite bird or flower? -

Chances are the answer is YES. You can go ahead and order a sandblasted residential sign, describing the art you have in mind in the "notes" field. If a problem is foreseen, we will notify you via email.

Can I see a drawing of the sign before ordering? -

Can I get a sign finished on both sides? -

YES. For signs sandblasted on both sides, we always use material 50% thicker than the single-sided signs. Pricing example: A $50.00 sign would cost $90.00 finished on both sides. Call or e-mail for a price on the sign you want finished on both sides.

How about shipping outside the continental U.S.? -

We'll be glad to ship our signs almost anywhere. Call or e-mail with your destination, we'll reply with your exact shipping cost.
